    Nice place with excellent amenities like fast wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool. I remember when the staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The hotel rooms are brand-new and attractive with recently renovated nice view and huge bed, for example. The breakfast is tasty, excellent food. The property provided an excellent customer service during our weekend. It has accommodating, amiable staff🙂🙂

    nice stay but room left some room for improvement

    The staff was friendly. They made an effort to communicate with me despite my limited Spanish. The breakfast options were quite enjoyable.

    Check-in chaos, but cozy comfort

    The location was perfect, surrounded by vibrant restaurants. The breakfast spread was good, and our room had the coziest bed I ever slept in!

    The check-in process was frustrating. I was overcharged due to confusion over the IVA tax, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed.

    They ripped us off at this hotel so be careful. We were told we had complimentary breakfast and internet and they charged us for that. They also said we used water fro the mini bar which we didn'T. I would not recommend this hotel.

    I stayed with 20 family members, and we had a blast at the Carnival of Barranquilla, surrounded by colorful carriages and lively Caribbean music. The hotel had delicious breakfast each morning, and the spacious parking made it easy for us to explore local restaurants together.

    My kids wished there was more entertainment for children in the hotel. A dedicated kids' area would really enhance family stays.

    The rooftop bar with live music killed it! The electric controlled curtains in the room were a nice touch, too. Plus, chilling by the pool after a day out was perfect.
